• We will produce current market statistics to verify the sales of comparable properties and help you formulate a realistic offer and a negotiating strategy
• We will give you the “what if” scenarios about the clauses in an offer to purchase contract. If appropriate, we will recommend additional contingencies to protect your interests.
• We will show you the homes on the market that suit your needs. We will not try to steer you into a more expensive home, or a home that does not suit your needs.
• We will point out the positive AND negative features of a property to help you make an informed decision.
• We will provide a written Buyer’s Representation Agreement which pledges our loyalty to you in writing.
